1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and digital nature of video editing services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the editing process has begun. When you purchase a package, you are reserving our team's time and expertise, which cannot be recovered.

2. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We are fully committed to your satisfaction. Instead of issuing refunds, we provide a structured revision process (as outlined in your selected package). If the final delivery does not meet your initial project requirements, our team will utilize your included revisions to adjust pacing, cuts, graphics, and sound design until the video aligns with the agreed-upon vision.

3. Cancellations Prior to Work Commencing

If you purchase a package but decide to cancel before any footage is submitted to us and before any editing work has started, you may be eligible for a cancellation. In this specific scenario, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. Any approved cancellations will be subject to a processing fee to cover payment gateway costs.

4. Abandoned Projects

If a client fails to provide the necessary footage, assets, or feedback required to complete a project within 30 days of purchase, the project will be marked as abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects.
