These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GlobalView Digital LLC website and video editing services. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms globally.

GlobalView Digital LLC provides services to clients worldwide. You acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. All services are performed and delivered digitally.

3. Eligibility & International Use

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are accessing our services from the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, or other regions with specific data laws, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

Upon receipt of full payment, GlobalView Digital LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered videos for your commercial or personal use. We reserve the right to display edited work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Payment, Taxes & Global Transactions

All prices are in USD. Work begins only after payment confirmation. International Clients: You are responsible for any local taxes, VAT, or customs duties applicable in your jurisdiction. Due to the digital nature of our work, once the editing process has started, payments are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalView Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our delivered content or service delays.

8. Force Majeure

GlobalView Digital LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (global internet outages, etc.).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or via digital arbitration platforms if agreed upon by both parties, to accommodate international clients.
